Now available in 4-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch sizes, Kurt DXH hydraulic vises offer an affordable turn-key hydraulic automation option for more consistent clamping and finished parts. Pair a hydraulic vise with a Kurt KHP3 Pneumatic/Hydraulic pump or a Kurt KHP5000 Electric Hydraulic pump in configurations ranging from single-acting semi-automated setups for operator part loading to more elaborate fully-automated setups with double action and multiple-vise capabilities controlled by a robot, MTC or PLC.

Single-acting hydraulic setup
Kurt’s hydraulic pump range includes pneumatic over hydraulic pumps that run using shop air (KHP3 pumps) and high volume, high pressure electric hydraulic pumps (KHP5000 pumps). Kurt offers a variety of vise sizes and towers that pair with our hydraulic pump lineup along with Kurt Tuff hydraulic hose to tie everything together.
