TL6CS 3-in-1 TriLock Design
The TriLock design does the work of three vises in a single vise model and converts quickly between a double-station vise with as much as 4-inches of part capacity on each side, a single-station vise large enough for a 4-inch part or a large single-station vise that can hold parts as large as 11 inches wide with stock hard jaws. The friction block or “Third Hand” feature allows the nut and screw assembly to move freely within the base of the vise while making vise-size changes or cleaning. A special friction block setting allows operators to change between in horizontal machines.
